The latest meeting of Prince Henry the Navigator Lodge near Almancil saw 40 Brethren enjoy a wonderful evening. The highlight of the night was the Grand Inspector, Pierre Caeiro, presenting a Certificate celebrating 50 years of service to Freemasonry to W Bro Ray Bentley.
The meeting was attended by many visitors, including from the Grand Lodge of Portugal their Assistant Grand Master, Luis Claro with other Grand Officers and Brethren, as well as a visitor from the Norwegian Freemason Organisation (Den Norske Frimurerorden).
The Worshipful Master, Quinton Green then led a flawless demonstration of the Second Degree ceremony. We were also delighted to welcome two new joining members
Later, the Festive Board was full of laughter and merriment as we all crowded together (literally!) and continued the milestone celebrations for Bro Ray and the enjoyment of our international company.
